These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CommentMonster website (commentmonster.tech) operated by Ram On Consulting(“we,” “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CommentMonster is, at this stage, a pre-release marketing website and waitlist for a YouTube comment reply product. No product access is provided solely by virtue of joining the waitlist. Pricing displayed on the site is indicative and may change before launch; founding-member pricing will be honoured for waitlist members in good standing.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no binding agreement to purchase the product. We may email you about the waitlist, product updates, pricing, and launch readiness. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information (including third-party email addresses you do not control).
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass anti-abuse controls on the site.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The CommentMonster name, logo, site design, and copy are owned by Ram On Consulting. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. engagement growth, subscriber count, or YouTube policy compliance) from any eventual product.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ram On Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD $100.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
