Which platforms are supported?
YouTube channels, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business / Creator accounts, TikTok, and X (Twitter) are all supported. You can connect any mix on a single CommentMonster account - the channel limit on your plan applies to the combined total. Snapchat is coming soon.
Is this against the platforms' terms of service?
CommentMonster uses each platform's public, official APIs and the same comment-reply scopes creators get in-app. We throttle replies, vary phrasing, and default to human-review mode specifically to stay inside the spam and authenticity policies on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. You stay in control: auto mode is opt-in per channel, and you can pause or approve replies at any time.
How fast does it actually reply?
Under a minute from when a comment lands on your video or post, in auto-reply mode. Human-review mode adds however long you take to approve. We poll your connected channels continuously, so there's no delay gap where new comments sit unanswered.

Every account starts with a 7-day full-access trial of any plan. No credit card required. At day 7, we recommend the right paid plan based on your actual comment volume during the trial. Cancel before then and pay nothing.

What happens if I hit my monthly reply cap?
Nothing breaks. Replies pause automatically at the cap, and you'll see a warning in your dashboard a few days before. Top up for the rest of the month or upgrade in one click - no billing surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans get a prorated refund in the first 30 days.
